再一点定姜

葱也要来一点哈~起锅后撒上超香的

热锅下油,七成热下姜蒜爆香

翻炒两下再放两首豆瓣酱(根据茄子多少来放)

继续翻炒,不得不说郫县豆瓣酱真的是一绝,那香味,口水都要流下来了

豆瓣酱炒得炒香之后下茄子,油一下子就被吸光了~不用管,继续翻炒~

待茄子炒的稍软一些后倒入水,刚好没过茄子,然后盖上锅盖,大火焖

然后小火收汁,因为豆瓣酱的味道已经煮到茄子里面了,所以不用放盐,直接起锅,撒上葱花即可

小贴士茄把也很好吃的,把里面硬硬的茎弄出来就可以了
