冬瓜去水肿排骨营养又美味

冬瓜:300克
盐巴:1勺
味精:半勺
红枸杞(可无):几粒

排骨放碗里,在自来水下冲洗干净

洗好的排骨冷水下锅不要盖盖子,大火烧开

煮到排骨里的血沫浮起,捞出,洗掉血抹

排骨放高压锅里,倒开水

洗好的排骨放高压锅里倒入没过排骨的开水,水可以多一点也没关系,可以多喝汤

盖上盖子,大火压20分钟

准备冬瓜

冬瓜洗净,去瓤去皮?

20分钟后关火,等排骨自然放气后,下冬瓜,再次盖上盖子压了5分钟

五分钟之后关火等高压锅自然放气后打开盖子,根据个人口味放入盐巴,味精调味

小贴士焯排骨的时候一定要冷水下锅,这样可以把排骨里的血没全部弄出冬瓜容易熟,所以后放调味的话就根据个人口味放盐吧味精,然后枸杞只是点缀,又可放可不放
