干锅包菜怎么都吃不够!

需要食材:
            
包菜:1/4个
            
五花肉洋葱:80g1/2个
            
干辣椒:1个
            
小米椒:1个
            
蚝油:1勺
            
香醋:1勺
            
味精:1/2小茶匙
做法步骤
1.

把包心菜剥成一片片后,用淡盐水泡10分钟洗干净,沥干水分用手撕成大小合适的片状

小贴士1、清洗干净后的包菜一定要用手撕!这个道理大家都懂得😊2、喜欢吃辣的朋友们可以多放一些辣椒3、蚝油已带咸味不要再放盐了4、我买的这个包菜有4.5斤所以只选用了1/4个。
