里脊肉:250克 胡萝卜:1根 青椒:1个 笋丝:80克 剁辣椒:1勺 大葱:8克 生姜:5克 大蒜:5克 醋:2勺 生抽:1勺 白糖:3勺 水淀粉:20克 食盐:适量做法步骤1.
