炸的酥酥脆脆的鸡块,配上干红辣椒,再来点砂糖,综合起来的口感刚刚好~我不爱吃炖的鸡块,独爱这一款~
需要食材:
鸡腿:2个 干红辣椒:20克 姜丝:5克 蒜:4瓣 盐:半勺 生抽:2勺 料酒:1勺 砂糖:1勺 香醋:1勺 香葱:1根 白芝麻:适量做法步骤1.
鸡腿洗干净,切块儿备用

撒入半勺盐

用筷子拌匀,腌制半小时。有时间就多腌一会儿会更加入味

腌制好的鸡块放入油锅中炸制,油温七成热左右
