自制泡菜

这个泡菜也叫一夜渍泡菜,意思就是腌制一晚就可以吃啦,非常的简单快速~味道酸酸辣辣,口感非常爽脆
需要食材:
白萝卜:半个
胡萝卜:1/3个
蒜:3瓣
小米辣:2个
青辣椒:1个
白醋:4勺
白糖:5勺
盐:适量
做法步骤
1.材料准备好

2.白萝卜去皮切成条

3.胡萝卜也去皮切条

4.放入一个大碗中

5.加入适量盐,可以稍微多放一些

6.用手抓匀

7.盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱腌制2小时

8.2小时后取出,可以看到,腌制出了很多水

9.用凉开水冲洗掉盐水,挤干水分待用

10.蒜切片

11.青、红辣椒切丁

12.将蒜和辣椒放入红白萝卜碗中

13.加入白醋、白糖和少许盐

14.用筷子翻拌均匀

15.接着摆入容器中

16.用重石压在表面,这样可以让泡菜更入味

17.再盖上密封盖,放冰箱腌制一晚
