香菇焖豆腐

香菇焖豆腐

干香菇的香味浓郁焖煮煎好的金黄豆腐特别美味
需要食材:
            
豆腐:500克
            
干香菇:50克
            
油:35克
            
生抽:10克
            
老抽:5克
            
耗油:10克
            
胡椒粉:适量
            
水淀粉:一碗
            
盐:一茶匙
做法步骤
1.干香菇提前泡发

6.热锅烧油放入豆腐中大火煎制一分钟

7.煎制好一面换另一面煎制

8.煎好再复煎一次
