据说西葫芦不仅可以提高免疫力,发挥抗病毒和肿瘤的作用,而且西葫芦富含水分,还有润泽肌肤的作用。知道了它的好处以后,我现在特别爱吃西葫芦炒木耳,加点小米椒、食醋,炒的辣辣的酸酸的,特别过瘾。只要有了它,通常一碗饭都是收不住嘴的。

西葫芦:1个
红辣椒:1个
小米椒:4个
干木耳:8克
做法步骤
1.准备好所需食材

2.木耳提前一小时用水泡发,并淘洗干净后撕成小块

3.西葫芦对半切开再切片

6.锅预热注入食用油,放入小米辣炸出香辣味即可

7.倒入西葫芦片翻炒几秒钟

8.加入食醋、蚝油、红辣椒、小米椒翻炒一分钟,不要时间太长
