需要食材:
糯米粉:150克
温开水:125克
细砂糖:10克
红豆沙:约250克
做法步骤
1.将细砂糖倒入糯米粉中搅匀

2.加入温开水,边加入边用筷子搅拌成絮状

3.下手揉成无干粉的面团

4.盘子中刷油,将面团平铺在盘中

5.上锅蒸熟,开锅后15-20分钟

6.在案板上撒熟黄豆粉

7.面团蒸熟后趁热用筷子搅拌一下,放在案板上

8.用擀面杖擀成约0.5厘米厚的薄片

9.将准备的豆沙馅儿均匀的铺在面片上面

10.将面片自下而上卷起

小贴士蒸熟的糯米团比较粘手,所以案板要多放些熟黄豆粉
