记得上大学的时候,晚自习逃课出去在烧烤摊吃过一次蒜蓉烤茄子,当时就爱上了那股浓烈的蒜香,回来后一直惦记着那个味道,软糯的茄子上面堆满了味道浓郁的调料,尤其是那蒜蓉碎啊,和茄子一起吃,那口味绝对会让人上瘾啊 !
需要食材:
茄子:1个
蒜蓉:20g
做法步骤
1.长条茄子一个

2.茄子洗净对半剖开

3.在里面划几刀,用刀背拍扁

4.平底锅放入2勺油烧热,把茄子放入锅里

5.两面煎软

6.调制酱料,两勺蒜蓉辣酱,半勺甜面酱,一勺生抽,一勺蚝油,一勺糖拌匀,抹在茄子上

7.准备喜欢的烧烤料

8.撒上孜然粉、辣椒粉

9.撒上一把蒜蓉,烤箱200度预热五分钟,入烤箱烤十分钟即可

小贴士1、如果家里没有烤箱,可以用蒸锅蒸制。2、蒜也可以先用油炒一下,味道更香。3、茄子不要选太老的,不然烤出来茄子皮会很硬;
