鸡爪你喜欢吃有骨的还是无骨的?以前我也觉得啃鸡爪的乐趣就在于啃它的小骨头,直到吃了这个无骨鸡爪,改变了我的想法,一口一个,嘎嘣脆,吃起来那叫一个棒呢。
需要食材:
鸡爪:500克
葱姜蒜:适量
小米辣:适量
香菜:适量
洋葱碎:适量
做法步骤
1.鸡爪剪掉指甲,洗净

2.冷水下锅,加葱姜

3.八角,花椒和料酒煮,去腥

4.煮大约十分钟左右

5.捞一下浮沫

6.鸡爪煮好后立马放进冰水里浸泡,也可以入冰箱冷冻半个小时,这样会更方便后面脱骨

7.准备脱骨,用到小刀和剪刀

8.先用小刀沿着鸡爪划几刀

9.松松鸡爪筋骨,沿着鸡骨头先取出大骨头

10.然后用剪刀来处理小骨头

13.接下来准备腌制鸡爪了

14.先加入姜丝,蒜末,和洋葱碎

15.加入一点小米辣,家里人不太吃辣,放得比较少。香菜可以多放

16.先来一勺生抽

17.再来两勺香醋

19.一小勺盐和一小勺白砂糖

20.最后来几片柠檬片,记得去掉籽,不然会苦

21.抓匀腌制两个小时就可以吃了,放冰箱冷藏可以吃几天
