老干妈辣酱:1勺
盐:1茶匙
八角:1个
香叶:1片
葱:3段
姜:3片
花椒:15粒
桂皮:1小块
做法步骤
1.五花肉洗净,青蒜切段备用

2.五花肉冷水下锅,锅内放入葱姜,花椒,八角,香叶,桂皮,大火煮开转中小火煮15分钟

3.捞出晾至不烫手切片
