2.菠菜清洗干净放入水中浸泡一会儿

4.撕去包装袋,倒扣在菜板上剪掉边上四个角再切小块

5.锅中加入清水大火烧开加入适量盐和食用油,放入菠菜焯烫30秒

6.捞起挤干水份切小段

7.起油锅放入葱白爆香
