自制泡菜

这个泡菜也叫一夜渍泡菜,意思就是腌制一晚就可以吃啦,非常的简单快速~味道酸酸辣辣,口感非常爽脆
需要食材:
白萝卜:半个
胡萝卜:1/3个
蒜:3瓣
小米辣:2个
青辣椒:1个
白醋:4勺
白糖:5勺
盐:适量
做法步骤

白萝卜去皮切成条

放入一个大碗中

盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱腌制2小时

2小时后取出,可以看到,腌制出了很多水

用凉开水冲洗掉盐水,挤干水分待用
