此菜做法非常简单,方便又快捷,味道鲜美,特别下饭,全家人都喜爱。
需要食材:
青蒜:200克
猪肉:200克
葱:2、3根
姜:一小块
淀粉:适量
盐:少许
生抽:适量
料酒:少许
食用油:适量
做法步骤

准备所需食材如图,猪肉我是用的猪里脊和一小块五花肉。也可以纯用里脊肉。

猪肉切丝放入淀粉、盐、生抽和料酒

抓匀腌制十五分钟

青蒜洗净切成小段备用

准备葱姜备用

热锅放油

烧至五成热时放入葱姜爆香

先放入蒜白炒一会,因为蒜白比蒜叶难熟一些

调入少许盐炒匀

小贴士肉丝切好后用盐、淀粉、生抽和料酒腌制是为了炒出来的肉丝鲜嫩可口。料酒是起到去腥味的作用。
