小贴士肉片切薄片,翻炒的时候刚刚变色就放入娃娃菜,娃娃菜翻炒两下即可,放水的时候要加入温水或者热水,否则哇娃娃菜煮的时间太长营养流失,最后就是煮的时间不宜超过5分钟
