凉拌银针菇

金针菇,最好吃不过是白灼、凉拌,蒸的也好吃,个人觉得有点塞牙。自从凉拌一次,就爱上凉拌的口味了,川味做法,香辣,脆爽……
需要食材:
金针菇/银针菇:400g
大蒜:5瓣
辣椒:2个
葱:1根
香菜:1棵
生抽:4勺
醋:1勺
白糖:小半勺
盐:2g
麻油/花椒油:1勺
油辣椒:1汤勺
食用油:20g
做法步骤
1.
食材准备如图示。最近长痘了,就用的二荆条,没那么辣,大蒜要多些,好吃,1个大蒜刚好。

剪掉头撕开,洗2遍沥干

将大蒜切末,辣椒切圈,葱香菜切末

起锅烧水,水开后放入针菇焯烫3~5分钟。个人觉得焯3分钟刚好

煮好后捞出控水

放入蒜末、辣椒圈、干花椒

浇上一勺热油,激出蒜香味和辣味

放入盐

小贴士个人建议购买银针菇,比金针菇的口感好。焯烫时别太长,过5分钟就塞牙了可按自己口味调味,也可以加入黄瓜丝等一起拌大蒜末多放些,重口味的亲放小米椒哈,味道辣爽
