煎脆了的豆腐皮,吸附着浓浓的糖醋酱汁,酸甜可口,简直就是米饭杀手!
需要食材:
老豆腐 :400克
醋:1大匙
番茄酱:3大匙
生抽 : 1大匙
糖 :1小匙
水淀粉 : 小半碗
葱花 :少许
芝麻:少许

把老豆腐切成麻将大小的豆腐块;

碗内放入糖;

碗内的调料搅拌均匀后备用;

锅内放入适量的油,稍微放多点,有热后把豆腐块放入锅内煎;

煎至金黄,煎好后到处多余的油;

把之前调好的酱汁倒入锅内,轻轻的翻炒均匀,使每块豆腐都沾上酱汁;
