油:适量
又伊鲜鲜酱油:15g
大蒜:2瓣
做法步骤

先来调汁,碗中放入陈醋、糖、芝麻油和又伊鲜鲜酱油,拌匀备用

分别把香葱、大蒜、小红椒切成小粒

杏鲍菇洗净后用手撕成细条

锅中水开后放入盐

小贴士1、手撕的杏鲍菇更易入味,粗细随个人喜好2、杏鲍菇焯水后一定要把水分挤干,这样才能充分的吸入调味汁
