准备好食料:冰冻鸡爪500g,青椒2个,红辣椒4个,蒜一个,姜一截,葱花少许。剪刀一把。

姜、蒜拍碎,青椒、红辣椒、葱花切末

把洗净的鸡爪放入锅中,加入清水,放入拍碎的姜,两勺料酒
