豆腐的做法有很多种,像麻婆豆腐、肉沫蒸豆腐……不过今天我做的却是宫保豆腐丁。这是一道用老豆腐经过炸制,使得豆腐外焦里嫩,再裹上酸甜的酱汁,既不油腻,而且口感还酸辣香甜,是一道很不错的下饭菜哦。
需要食材:
老豆腐:200g
干红辣椒:8个
花椒:1勺
葱白:6根
白糖:1勺
生抽:2勺
陈醋:3勺
盐:0.5匙
淀粉:1勺
食用油:适量
清水:适量
做法步骤
1.
准备食材:老豆腐约200g、干红辣椒8个、花椒1勺、葱白6根、白糖1勺、生抽2勺、醋3勺、盐0.5匙、淀粉1勺

先将干红辣椒切小段、葱白洗净切段待用

淀粉加适量清水搅拌成水淀粉待用

老豆腐切成拇指甲大小的小方丁

接着热油锅,倒入适量食用油烧热

倒入切好的豆腐丁油炸

炸至表面金黄即可捞起控油待用

将锅中的食用油倒出,留少许将花椒爆香

小贴士这道宫保豆腐丁最好用老豆腐,炸起来容易定型,也能更好的入味。炸好的豆腐要控油,油炸时不要炸太硬了,不然不易入味~~
