鸡爪你喜欢吃有骨的还是无骨的?以前我也觉得啃鸡爪的乐趣就在于啃它的小骨头,直到吃了这个无骨鸡爪,改变了我的想法,一口一个,嘎嘣脆,吃起来那叫一个棒呢。
需要食材:
鸡爪:500克
葱姜蒜:适量
小米辣:适量
香菜:适量
洋葱碎:适量
做法步骤

鸡爪剪掉指甲,洗净

冷水下锅,加葱姜

八角,花椒和料酒煮,去腥

煮大约十分钟左右

鸡爪煮好后立马放进冰水里浸泡,也可以入冰箱冷冻半个小时,这样会更方便后面脱骨

准备脱骨,用到小刀和剪刀

先用小刀沿着鸡爪划几刀
