需要食材:
牛里脊:400克
料酒:1勺
淀粉:1勺
味极鲜:1勺
蚝油:半勺
糖:半勺
盐:1茶匙
葱:1小段
姜:1小块
蒜:2瓣
孜然粉:1勺
孜然粒:1勺
辣椒粉:1勺
油:适量
做法步骤

准备牛里脊肉,反复冲洗干净

锅中倒入稍多油,五成热
