孜然牙签牛肉

牛肉做的小零食,比牛肉干还好吃,一大盘一会儿就吃光了,全家都喜欢

需要食材:
            
牛里脊:400克
            
料酒:1勺
            
淀粉:1勺
            
味极鲜:1勺
            
蚝油:半勺
            
糖:半勺
            
盐:1茶匙
            
葱:1小段
            
姜:1小块
            
蒜:2瓣
            
孜然粉:1勺
            
孜然粒:1勺
            
辣椒粉:1勺
            
油:适量
做法步骤
1.

准备牛里脊肉,反复冲洗干净

切1厘米见方的小方块

加入料酒,糖,盐,味极鲜,蚝油,淀粉,抓匀腌制半小时

用牙签将牛肉块串起,一根牙签串2块

锅中倒入稍多油,五成热

将牛肉下锅,用筷子不停搅动,中小火
