麻辣过瘾,超级下饭。麻婆豆腐是一道川菜,每个地区做法各有不同,但都有一个特色那就是麻辣过瘾,好吃下饭,同时也都会用到郫县豆瓣酱
需要食材:
嫩豆腐:一块
郫县豆瓣酱:两大勺
腌制过的虾肉末:一碟
小红尖椒:5根
盐:适量
蒜蓉:两大勺
白砂糖:一大勺
生抽:两大勺
醋:少许
水淀粉:小半碗
葱花:少许
做法步骤

小贴士豆腐加盐可以使豆腐不容易碎,这道菜肴里没加花椒面,喜欢麻一点的可以加花椒面
