需要食材:
大土豆:1个
老姜:2片
大蒜:1瓣
盐:1小勺
白糖:0.5小勺
酱油:2小勺
香醋:1小勺
油泼辣子:2大勺
藤椒油:3滴
小葱:1颗
白芝麻:0.5小勺
做法步骤
1.
老姜,大蒜分别剁碎,放如碗里,冲入温开水;上盖,静置片刻;

调入适量盐,白糖,酱油,香醋,油泼辣子,藤椒油,搅拌均匀;

土豆削皮,洗净;

再将土豆切片;
