夏天必备小龙虾、再来一罐啤酒,也是神仙搭配了!自己动手学做起来,干净好吃又卫生!喜欢吃辣的可以多加些辣椒喔!
需要食材:
小龙虾:适量
年糕:一份
葱:2颗
姜:6片
蒜:5-6瓣
花椒:一小把
八角:5颗
香叶,桂皮:适量
干红辣椒:5颗
食油:适量
盐:1勺
鸡精:2勺
十三香:3勺
料酒:4勺
生抽:3勺
味极鲜:3勺
啤酒:2罐
香菜:一颗(可有可无)
做法步骤

小龙虾在水里清洗干净

用剪刀把头部剪了,反复清洗干净

小龙虾(用厨房纸巾擦一下,不然过油炸的时候会溅到身上)、年糕、葱姜蒜、花椒八角、香叶桂皮、干辣椒

锅里放油
