需要食材:
芋头:750g
鸡腿:4个
泡菜:150g
植物油:400毫升
老姜:3片
大蒜:2瓣
大葱:0.3颗
小葱:1颗
料酒:5毫升
干辣椒:4个
花椒:1小勺
生抽:6g
郫县豆瓣酱:2大勺
白糖:1g
老抽:8g
做法步骤
1.
备好食材:鸡腿去骨切块;芋头削皮洗净;再备好泡菜,大葱,老姜,大蒜,小葱;

鸡肉里调入适量料酒,搅拌均匀后腌制片刻;芋头洗净切块;

泡菜切碎;老姜,葱白切末;大蒜切片;葱绿切断;再备好干辣椒,花椒;

芋头煮熟,捞出;

炒锅烧热,倒入适量植物油;

放入鸡肉煸炒至颜色发白,调入适量生抽,翻炒均匀后起锅;

另起油锅,放入干辣椒,花椒炒香后,再放入泡菜炒香;放入葱末,姜末,蒜瓣继续翻炒;
