腊肉一直是我的最爱,随便怎么烧都好吃!手撕包菜随便加点腊肉丁,口感瞬间提升,再来点豆瓣酱提辣,花椒提香,味道超赞的!
需要食材:
包菜:1颗
腊肉:80g
生姜:2片
花椒、辣椒:15g
豆瓣酱:2勺
盐:少许
做法步骤

包菜一颗,最好小一点,我的太大,锅小了😂

用手撕碎,冲洗干净,沥干水份

锅中倒少许油,下腊肉进行翻炒,炒香

放入花椒辣椒,豆瓣酱,炒匀

放入包菜,这里多炒炒,大约十来分分钟吧,包菜太多了😂,全程不用放水
