老妈给了一盒菌菇,里面有金针菇,香菇,茶树菇,海鲜菇,用来做豆腐羹最好不过了,做了一大锅,老魏一口气吃了三碗🤣
需要食材:
菌菇:一盒
内酯豆腐:一盒
做法步骤

首先我们准备好所有食材,如果你没有这种菌菇,可以选用你自己喜欢的各种菌菇

加入适量热开水

豆腐用温开水冲洗一下,去豆腥味,然后撇净水

用锅铲挖成一块一块的放入锅内,像图片中那么大小就行

大火煮开之后盖上锅盖,转中小火,焖煮5分钟

5分钟后,加入水淀粉

小贴士一定要用热开水,不能用凉水,否则食材会变老就不好吃了!鸡精可加可不加!
