糖醋排骨酸甜甜甜,很受小朋友喜爱。我每次都买6-7根,要不然不够吃😂!
需要食材:
排骨:1000g
生姜:5片
小葱段:5根
料酒:50g
生抽:40g
老抽:40g
冰糖:40g
陈醋:适量
色拉油:少许
做法步骤

排骨冷水下锅,焯一下水

排骨洗净,沥干水份、其他材料备好,锅烧热

放少许油,下葱姜爆香

下排骨进行翻炒,炒干水份,炒个几分钟吧

从锅边倒入料酒,翻炒几下

倒入老抽
