小火放入老冰糖,开始熬糖色

放入控过水分的排骨翻炒,让每块排骨上都包裹糖色,依次放入料酒,生抽,老抽和陈醋

汤水煮沸后,放入陈皮

大火煮沸转小火,慢炖30分钟,炖至汤汁收干

小贴士如果再放入香料一起炖,这道菜会更香。用老冰糖熬糖色,切记要用小火,熬至褐色即可,时间不能太久,会发苦。
