需要食材:
白萝卜:1根
盐 白醋 李锦记蒸鱼豉油 矿泉水 枸杞子:随意
小米辣椒:1个
做法步骤

取白萝卜一根

将白萝卜洗干净去皮

切成四段

加1小勺的盐搅拌均匀腌20分钟,让白萝卜出水

20分钟后再把水倒出,用手挤一下

再放1勺的白糖搅拌均匀腌20分钟,让白萝卜出水

加入三勺的白醋
